What did you love about Fortitude Performance?

“I loved the environment so having you know like-minded women around who were seeking to get results
and all of us being around together trying to push ourselves which is really enjoyable and also ben he was awesome too”

Before starting the challenge what were you most worried about? Were you still worried about this at the end?

“I think i was mostly worried about not being able to keep up and just being out of my depth in in this type of environment like I thought it might be a bit too and I for one of the better word masculine and that I wouldn’t and I wouldn’t fit in

I definitely don’t feel that way anymore”

Who would you recommend this challenge to and why

“Anyone who is struggling to decide how to start their journey whether its significant weight loss or just want to become strong and you just don’t know where to start I found this was a fantastic starting point”

What are some of the results you got from training with Fortitude Performance?

“I think that I lost four kilos over the four weeks and I lost 35 centimetres from everywhere. I think most importantly I gained motivation that I haven’t had in about five years to just get up in the morning and do some sort of activity and I think that the most I feel really good. So that’s what I think I have gained”
