WHAT IS A SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING LIKE?
This model, developed throughout Ben’s 14 years as a PT, is designed to take the best elements of the most popular forms of training and combine it into a program that prioritises the clients individual journey first. It consists of the following key elements:
SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Group sessions are fantastic for the socialising and peer support they provide. Yet, there is no comparison to having individualised coaching without feeling ‘lost in the crowd’. In our Semi Private Personal Training program, our sessions are capped at 4 people, so that you gain the benefits of social training, without sarcificing individual attention.
INDIVIDUALISED PROGRAM
1 on 1 Personal Training is extremely popular in the fitness industry. However, these sessions are quite expensive and the cost vs reward can often be limited. At Fortitude Performance, we ensure you receive 1 on 1 guidance from Ben whilst following your own individualised program.

With 14 years of personal training experience, at Fortitude Performance, we don’t offer you the ‘perfect body’ at the cost of unhealthy lifelong habits. We believe that everyone can achieve a better version of themselves, in a healthy, sustainable way. Our program is designed help you feel and look better.

1) Understanding what a calorie is and how these breakdowns into macro nutrients of protein, fats and carbohydrates.

To have a long term, healthy lifestyle, factors such as sleep, stress management, hydration and daily steps are extremely important. As part of our program, we provide insight and training around how to improve in these areas for better performance, improved body composition, and overall live a healthier life.

- Initial Contact: We will be in touch within 24 hours of your inquiry to have a preliminary consultation about your goals, experience and book you in for a face to face consultation.
- Initial Consultation: In your first consultation, we will sit with you and work to understanding what your goals are, any barriers you’ve faced, and how Fortitude Performance can help. We do this by going through 4 key areas.
- Personalised Planning: To personalise your experience, we then take you through the following:
- Initial History (Exercise, Nutrition, Injury and Work/Life Balance).
- Goals/Schedule (What you want to achieve and how to get there).
- Movement Screen (How your joints move)..
- Exercise Screen (How your body executes movements).
- Implementation of the FP Five Pillar System – To get the best results for our clients we understand that we can’t focus on just one area.
