What results have you noticed since you started training?
"Since I started training and loving it I have noticed so many changes. I am able to wear tight dresses and feel comfortable as training has tightened up all those areas that girls want tightened. I am really strong and always am aiming to lift heavier I sleep better and have so much more energy and feel even more energised after going to the gym. I enjoy my time at the gym and it doesnít feel like a chore and I am always reaching new goals"

What specific results have you achieved?
"Since joining FP I've improved all facets of my personal fitness; strength and power throughout the whole body, a large increase in cardiovascular fitness as well as improvements in flexibility and balance.
I have also learnt a lot about nutrition that not only is amazing for the body but also tastes delicious! The things I have learnt from Ben will serve me well for the rest of my life."

What results have you noticed since you started training?
"Well obviously I've experienced major physical changes, not only have I lost weight but the shape of my body has different. I have a long way to go but I feel good and I have more confidence in my body. Iím definitely musclier! And thatís a really new experience for me.
Obviously the other noticeable change since I began training is the mental change. Its helped me to feel better, more alert and happier. Iím also really excited about reaching my long term goal in the futureand knowing that all of it took hard work, but it was always so worth it."

What Personal Training results have you noticed since you started training?
"Through Fortitude Performance program I now keep a definitive guide on how I am tracking through measuring everything from weight to quads to biceps, I keep a training diary to coincide with each week so we can tailor my program as we see fit to achieve my fitness goals. I am getting bigger leaner and fitter and it's all due to Ben Thorne at Fortitude performance."

What results have you achieved since you started Personal Training?
"I am so much stronger than I used to be, I am much more confident, I'm happier in myself and I eat so much more food but have still lost centimetres. The biggest shock was recently when I was being
measured for my wedding dress and in the five months since my first fitting, of which for three of those you had increased my carbs and calories, I had lost 5cms off my waist and 4cms off my hips! I was shocked but so excited!"

What Personal Training results have you noticed since you started training?

I've been thin my whole life but was feeling sluggish and didn't have any muscle definition or tone, some might refer to this as skinny-fat. Since training with Ben my body has changed a lot and  I can see some muscle definition and have no wobbly bits anymore. I'm a lot stronger, confident and happier with myself in general. I now walk into the gym and am not scared to be in the weight lifting area and know I am armed with the knowledge to train safely
